Sledding at its best!

The boys love to go sledding, despite the cold. Nothing scares them and they are always on the look out for good sled hills.

Crazy, but we have moved .... again!

Call us crazy ... and we would agree. We decided to move to a new home the week of Christmas. We found a great home in a perfect area and could not wait to move in. Moving was way more than expected, but we survived it. I hope the pictures capture our new place. The view is great as you can see the entire Boise valley and we have natural sled hills in our back yard! The boys have plenty of room to expolore the area and we look forward to spending time as a family in the yard.

Christmas 2008

We had a great time celebrating Christmas Eve with the Hulbert family. Who could ask for more than good food, kids signing, and Bingo! We really enjoyed having everyone over to our home! Santa had plenty of snow in Boise. I think everyone had to buck drifts to get up to our house. We are so glad that everyone made it for Christmas Eve. Russel and Codi sang "Feliz Navidade" together and Weston busted out his famous "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star".

Christmas morning started at 830am, not bad however Christmas eve did not end until nearly 2:00 am. The boys were excited and were screaming "It is Christmas" until we got up. Russ got a pinball machine, skate board, sled, and remote control car and Weston got his long awaited Speed Racer bike, Speed Racer Helmet, skateboard, sled, and mini pinball.

We also had a great time celebrating the reason for the season by sponsoring a family through the united way. Codi really enjoyed shopping for the little girls and spent hours shopping for dolls and getting the meal prepared. Russel is a sweet boy and will tell you the reason for Christmas is giving and for celebrating the birth of Jesus. It was a great family activity and we hope to make it a tradition.

Celebrating the Holidays with friends

We had a great night celebrating the holidays with the Goodwins and Warners over dinner. We have really enjoyed being back in the Boise area again and being close to family and friends!

Snow Ball Fight!

We built a small fort and the boys had a great time! They have been waiting for the snow to drop and we could not stop them this morning from going outside. The first thing they did this morning was rush to the window to see if there was snow. It was crazy cold outside, but we bundled them up and they played for hours.

Take it to the Hoop Man- "The Broncos"

Russ had a great time playing basketball on his first bball team. He lead the team each week with rebounds and points scored ... but who is counting :). In the award ceremony his coach said "Russel is our Take it to the Hoop Man". It was hard to be on the sideline and not be coaching. Many times I just had to bite my lip or walk out into the hall. Let's just say that it might be a competitive next 20+ years, well at least from the sideline. Russ was a great team player and made sure that he passed every game and ran the plays to perfection. A little too much at times as I would have preferred just shoot and run ... but I guess he is only 5.

The Holidays

So, we are soooo behind on our entries! We threw a huge Halloween party. It was a blast. Lots of kids and lots of food. What could be a better combination than that?! Russel started basketball and plays like a pro. It is so fun to watch him. Our life is filled up for the next 20 years with sports with 3 boys! We shot some photos at the park. It had been awhile since we have taken family photos. It was fun!

Boy #3 On the Way!

We just had our ultrasound and of course we are having another boy. Like our life isn't chaotic enough! An hour before the appointment Weston was in the ER getting his third set of stitches. I couldn't believe it! I promise we watch our kids. Despite our zoo of a life we are thrilled to have another Bills Boy join our family. I am excited to meet the little guy!

Summer Pics

Weston's second set of stitches. Follwing in his brothers footsteps. Both boys now have had 2 sets of stitches on their face. Hopefully the last we go to the ER!

Uncle Brian got Russ into the BSU football camp this year! Russ was one of the youngest kids. Russ loved every second of it! He enjoyed the drills, games, and being on the blue turf. He was on the same team as his cousins Devin and Dane. They were the "Sabercats". The camp was intense and challenged the kids to work hard and to "come out of the stance shooting like you have a pair of sixes in your hands" ... a bit different approach than I had to take with T-ball. Thanks Uncle Brian!

T-mobile company picnic is always a great time. The Bills Boys first tug o war. They also participated in the leaky bucket race and limbo competition. We had the picnic this year out at Boise Outfitter Ranch. A great setting of an old western town just down the road from the call center.

We slipped down to spend the weekend with Rory and Natalie. We had a lot of fun getting caught up with them and seeing their family. A highlight of the trip was playing Rock Band on the wii. Too bad we missed the picture of all of us jamming to Bon Jovi ... we got boo'd off the stage a few too many times, but a great time. We also had a great time together in the Dinasour Musuem and Jumpin Jacks.

Fun at the Rino's! Who needs to go to a water park, when you can make your own. The boys were exhausted and quickly crashed in the car when we left. They played hard with thier cousins.

Lagoon was a blast. We hit the amusement park and the water park. We were pleasantly surprised with our Lagoon experience as it was more than our expectations. We went with the Harsin's and enjoyed the two days at the park.

The boys simply love hanging out with their friends Gage and Bailee Goodwin. It has been a great summer being back in Boise and living close to the Goodwins. It is guaranteed good time when we hang out with the Goodwins.
